Standard Items
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at support@militaryring.shop with your order code before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Items ordered through our Custom Ring Design process are made specifically for you based on your selected size, design, personalization, and other specifications.
Once production has started, custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly made by us.
Please carefully review and confirm all design details, ring size, personalization, and other specifications before approving your order for production.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please arrange and pay for the shipping of the item from your location to our address.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and the issue.
After reviewing the information provided, we will arrange a replacement or, where appropriate, issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
